InsedNetwork’s intention is to stimulate social debate about the professions in the Hospitality and Catering sector. To this has already started a research publication in collaboration with the IRCO (International Research Centre into Organizations) of the IESE Business School.
The objective of this project is to introduce factual data into the debate about this internal problem area of the hospitality and catering sector. The publication, in White Paper format, will offer the companies initiatives and practical recommendations.
The first research, which deals with: “The turnover in the restaurant sector in Spain: causes and solutions”. The conclusions of the study emphasize the need for training in the sector.
