Training Courses: “Being and feeling a good professional”

One of InsedNetwork’s outstanding activities is to promote that favors personal improvement and the development of important attitudes for service professionals:

  • Knowing how to look, in order to discover and anticipate other people’s needs.
  • Being aware of the influence that one’s way of working has in others.

Through our courses, the Association has proposed transferring the distinguishing characteristics of the home to the business environment. This includes the service attitude, the looking after of which contributes greatly to the well being of others.

Our courses are aimed at two professional levels:

Core personnel with a minimum of a year’s experience in the company.
Middle Managers and Heads of Department.

Working System:

  • Analysis and identification of training needs.
  • The study of the objectives and the policies of quality of the organization.
  • Preparation of activities and cases.
  • Follow-up and evaluation of the training action.

Insednetwork also organizes activities for students directed toward the promotion and spreading of an innovative perspective of service professionals.
