1. Information and pre-diagnosis:
It allows adapting the contents and activities to the objectives of the course and to the profiles of the participants. It also facilitates the evaluation of the impact of the training.

2. Development of the Training:
The in-person training facilitates the adaptation of objectives and the activities to the needs of each group, as well as carrying out a practical orientation of the contents. The activities favour personal reflexion and team work.
3. Follow up:
Upon completion of the course, each participant will work on his or her Personal Improvement Plan (PIP), which helps with commitment in his or her personal and professional development.
Afterwards, Insednetwork will present a report of the impact of the training of the participants, as development proposals adapted to the needs that have been detected throughout the sessions.
