Insednetwork (International Network for Service Enterprises and Education Development), is a Spanish association that operates internationally, it was formed in May 2005 by a number of organisations connected with the hospitality and service industries.
Its headquarters are in Barcelona (Spain).
It’s objective is to recognize the importance of service professionals, as they deal with jobs that directly influence people, generate a more humanistic lifestyle, and contribute in creating a service culture society. They are carried out in a wide variety of sectors: the hotel industry, tourism, catering, health, educational institutions as well as within the family enviroment.
This is done by:
Promoting training activities, essential to achieve the change in perspective in service professions, and fostering the youth’s dedication to professions with direct service to others.
Driving and spreading research activities so that business strategies adapt to the needs of the people and of the organizations.
Identifying society’s needs and weaknesses, in reference to base services, in order to drive initiatives directed to the family.
